Arthur (Kefan) Chen

I'm a 2nd year CS Ph.D. student at Brown University, advised by Prof. Srinath Sridhar. My research focuses on building intelligent agents by learning how humans interact with the world using hands. I'm also interested in 3D reconstruction, GenAI, and vision foundation models. Currently, I'm collaborating with Meta Reality Lab on generative hand modeling and 3D diffusion. Before starting PhD, I had the honor to work with Dr. Ameesh Makadia and Prof. Noah Snavely at Google Research, and Prof. Sanja Fidler at UofT. I also worked at NVIDIA, Pinterest, and a self-driving startup.
